TIME TO DECIDE

A Nation that can not identify and respect its own 'Root' can hardly boast of anything Positive.

GUJRAT SHOW ; OR POLITICAL GAME ?

Thirty years is the generation Unit i.e growth and termination of a family Case.
Now after eight years of some zafri-death, there is a commission authorised to call N. Modi of Gujrat to meet the Commission and answer all questions asked.
So often I smile to myself remembering our own experience of the 'smart Judiciary, even in our Family-dispute case before we took U.S.A Citizenship.
It was P.N Bhagawati the Chief Justice of India, then, who declared that all Family -disputes cases must be settled in Family court through Arbitration. Our Case started in 1988 and it is now 22 years , that our Family case is still in Alipore -Court, Kolkata as an ICCU case gasping still, as a case of 'Terminal Illness'. How ? Because the laweers of either side has joined hands in shifting dates and improving their Financial flow.
Even to feel enthusiastic about this Gujrat case for quick judicial decision ,is a Long -long shot. Already eight years old this case is making so much noise because the case involves around the death/murder of a congress M.p [zafri]. And NDTV, I think, is enjoying the 'catch' of a ' big-fish- Game'. But let me remind all readers: the average life of any Legal or Judicial Process in India is 30 to 40 years i,e if you go to the Court today, expect your grand son to attend for the final verdict,( if You are lucky)...Better have faith in Pre-destination rather than in Judiciary or any Commission, I think,

If I had any say say, I would like to see 80 percent of both houses ( two-third majority & +) to be filled up by women for the benefit of the country.

In any happy and successful family it always was due to the mother -figure of Women that built the sucessful family and saved the Home. Men have always rather poor records in India when any crisis prevailed upon, in the family or even in the kingdom.

They were always present in the role e.g "SATARANJ KI KHELARI"

Let women in great number take up the role of "Jhansi ki Rani" to save and protect either gender and the Land, when we the men have failed in our endeavour in post -Independence years transforming both the 'Representive- Houses like "MATCH- FIXING-CRICKET -BUSINESS" with ever Fragmenting spirit and Divisions and with only dream , I think, of self-Service.

YESTERDAY's RAJYA SHABHA : I think, it is the first Grand show of 'For the people' irrespective of ideology /cross-road view that parties of very oppsite views joined together to vote for and get the 'bill through to show the first sign of maturity and adolescence in politics & policies.
Of course M. Banerjee has proved her ideals in her own way! Reason ? I think, it is CPM-allergy!

Where the interest of the country and well-being of people matters, individuals, should ask his/ her own conscience with evolving consciousness and respond accordingly irrespective of Party directives.

I think Indian people have untiring patience to test and Indian Parliament( Both Houses) that have amazing in-capacity and impotency to make anything happen for the welfare of the people except their unmatched stalling Tactic and thus delaying any process of solving issues and ushering in progress for majority of people.

Seem like bygone days' Cricket match of five days and ever ending in DRAW and people paying for the show.
Now a days , Politics has nothing to do with Patrotism but everything to risk for self -service and power-grabbing.

MY OPINION

The Govt of the people, by the People has no business / resposibility to spend people's power and money to give protection to Multi mullioneer or Billioneers. They can easily spend and make the infra-structure of their own Protection, instead of amassing wealth and hoarding it, depriving common man and stopping Out-flow.
See the fun ! Hema Malini has Rs 82 lakhs of jwellary and cash which has been stolen by some lucky thief.
Why should the public fund be spent to find the 'rescuer 'of her hoarded wealth! Now 80 percent of public - money is being spent to protect wealthy people and indifferent politicians.Can't they provide for their own protection !
The people of the Nation is now the victim of situation !
Disproportionate hoarding of wealth with 50 % poor or unemployed, is the prime crime in a Nation.
