I think, it was his self -devised design of accepting the role of a minor Villain with the goodwill of exposing the Design of Politicians involved in the' Black-hole' of IPL- Game, which could never have been known to the drowsy world without this exciting Play of revelation that Tharoor,- scripted himself and brought unto the present THIRD-ACT , after meeting,

discussiing and getting permission of his PARTY-TOP-Leaders.
