Both STATE GOVT & CENTRAL GOVT, are responsible for the Death of the serving police men in that Pplice Massaacre in Midnapore.
This shows the total imcompetence and primitive potential of intelligenge and pro-active efficiency of the ruling side who can not safe-guard ,even, the safety of its own defence-force.
In an advance country the Govt, would have to vacate its seat and seek re-approval.
Quip ; Where the king can not keep its strong arms
or assure the safety of its people ,-know
the system is crumbling and then it harms
the land it rules; and failures grow.
And those not angry , are but blind
or deaf or dumb, or 'sleeping' kind.
