Every few months SWISS BANK is getting swelled up through Black-Money transfer from masked Indian mafias or Burqua-clad politicians to make the last Indian total money in SWISS BANK leveling to Seventy Lakh Crores of Rupees i.e if unlocked, it can bring back smile to all starving faces of India and overnight.
{but there is little chance because even the persons in Authority/Govt, I think, have their personal lockers there. So, who is there to 'Bell the Cat' and activate SELF_EXPOSER !
